True wellbeing, to us, comes from caring for the whole person. When the body, mind, and spirit are nurtured together, a deeper sense of ease, clarity, and self-acceptance naturally follows. This is where confidence grows and wellbeing begins to feel sustainable, not forced.

Hello, I’m Jade
An intuitive healer and holistic counsellor.
At the heart of my work is the belief that everyone carries their own inner light. My role is to support you in reconnecting with it, gently and at your own pace. As an omnist, I honour many spiritual paths and traditions, knowing there is no single way forward that suits everyone. I don’t believe in directing or fixing — instead, I offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore what feels true, aligned, and meaningful for you.
I work as a psychic medium, certified energy healer, and holistic counsellor. My healing work is grounded in compassion and presence, supporting you emotionally, energetically, and spiritually. Each session is shaped around what you need in the moment, allowing space for rest, release, and reconnection.
My intuitive abilities are guided by clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, and claircognizance — receiving insight through seeing, hearing, feeling, and deep inner knowing. These abilities have been part of my life from an early age and continue to guide the way I hold space for others with care and sensitivity.
Healing sessions may include Reiki, guided meditation, breathwork, and past-life regression, depending on what feels most supportive for you. These practices are offered as gentle pathways to help release stored energy, calm the nervous system, and reconnect you with your inner awareness and sense of self. I also work with intuitive tools such as tarot, pendulums, dowsing, and automatic writing when guidance or reflection is needed.
Each session is held as a calm, nurturing experience where you can feel safe, heard, and supported. The focus is on restoring balance, softening what feels heavy, and creating space for clarity, self-trust, and inner peace.
